Am I too old for Invisalign?
Never! Invisalign works for adults of all ages. Many of our orthodontic patients are in their 30s–60s.
How often do I change aligners?
Every 1–2 weeks, depending on your treatment plan. Each set moves your teeth slightly.
Can I eat with aligners in?
No — remove them for eating and drinking anything other than water. Brush before reinserting.
